Little Toccata (Op. 109 No. 8) - Burgmuller

CA$3.00

This delightful study is an important exercise in developing effective wrist flexibility while playing two-note slurs. Care must be taken to drop the finger gently using the weight of the arm and then lifting off the second note, with a quick but gentle roll of the wrist. The first note of each right hand two-note group should be emphasized slightly to achieve effective melodic direction.

Pages: 2
Tempo: ♩ = 160-176
Grade: 8
Composer: Johann Burgmuller
